He let out a sigh and shook his head as he started to walk towards them. His patience was wearing thin after the encounter outside of the hospital. The rain quickly fell upon him and wet his clothes and hair as it clung onto his body again.

Rose quickly got out of the car, grabbing the jacket. The rain quickly drenched her, causing her clothes to cling to her body showing off the curves of her hips. Her long wet hair stuck to her pale white cheeks as she slamned the door shut and began to walk away towards the school "Thanks" she said softly to Lena. She could see david walking towards them so she paused. She pursed her soft red lips and let out a humm.

The small girl pulled her white and teal headphones out of the car and slipped them around her neck before scurrying clumsily over to Rose, stomping through puddles in the black top. She came to an unsteady halt next to the taller girl. Her hair was dark and heavy with water, falling flat down her shoulders and her clothing hung loosely around her child-like body. She looked like a half-drowned kitten standing next to the other girl. "Haley Joel is here, Rose."

He walked up to the two females a smile on his face. "Hey. 'Bout time ya'll got here." He smirked and scratched behind his head. "I've already been here for nearly 10 minutes." His mind ran through tons of excuses as too why he might have gotten there sooner than normal or later. He had forgot to set up the time line before he had spoke that time.

Lena shrugged as she looked up at David. She was used to taking longer than was necessary to get to her destination. It happened when you drove as slow as she did. "I was driving below the speed limit. It's important for safety, Haley Joel." Her eyes seemed to sparkle slightly as she spoke. "Sometimes my mind wanders if I'm driving too fast. Time should take longer than it does."

Rose watched them with a blank face "It is true.. she did drive quite slooowly" Her face was hidden by a curtain of wet hair as she purposely brushed past david then paused. "We need to get our things, not stand here in the ice cold rain. David is already cold so lets get moving" She looked at her sholder where she had come into contact with him "Come on Lena.." She gave them both an unrecognizable look then turned away. She breathed in deeply, the familiar smell of the rain filling her sences. She walked briskly, her body swaying dangerously as she walked. She had pulled all her wet hair up into a large messy bun once again revealing the scar that traveled from her neck down, only this time it was fainter. She pulled the large door open and held it for the rest of them. "Come on" She called softly as she once again started bitting her bright red lips "If we stand out here we could catch our deaths or worse"

Lena nodded and drifted past David. True to her colors, she didn't notice the strange look on Rose's face or the scar on her neck. Instead she looked down at the pavement, searching for patterns in the pitted surface. The corner of her lips turned up into a small, crooked smile as she found one. Her attention drifted as she smiled, focused on the ground and not where she was putting her feet. She took a step forward and landed her foot on the end of the opposite leg of her pants. Lena lost her balance as she tried to take another step and fell forward onto the wet parking lot.

He shook his head at Rose's behavior and diverted his eyes from the exposed scar; shifting his gaze over towards Valena. He stayed behind them to make sure one didn't suddenly 'disappear' before noticing Valena's odd walking. He shrugged as he kept watching her, intrigued as to why she kept her head down. He soon got his answer whenever she slipped over her own jeans and fell on top of the parking lot. Could she really.. Be that much of a klutz? He walked in front of her and held out his hand to help her up.

"Careful, 'Lena.." He stared down at her through the pattering of the rain hitting the surrounding area. He went to sniff the air to try and catch her scent only to receive the scent of salt water from the pounding rain.

She looked up at him in a daze. "Haley Joel." The smile dropped from her face and she cleared her throat faintly as she turned to take his hand. "There's a horse in the pavement, you know. Three of them. I wonder if they're racing..." She used her hold on his hand to pull herself up. She didn't even notice how cold his skin was or how solid it felt under her fingers. "Rose, did you know there are horses in the parking lot?" She spun away from David then and continued her walk toward the taller girl. She didn't stumble once.

Rose let out a soft sigh "No, i had no idea lena.." She stared at the ground, all she could think about was how her uncle was going to react. She could still remember what happened last time he got real angry with her for "disapearing". She ran her hand down the back of her neck and let out a visible shiver. "Lets hurry up you guys! Its freezing" she smiled at them but her eyes were distant. She continued to hold the door open for the pair.

He stared down at the pavement for a few seconds looking for the horses before shrugging it off and turning his gaze back towards the female once he was unable to find the strange pattern. He walked closer towards the pair before walking past them and into the building. Finally made it.. They should be good for now..

She walked into the building and headed for the office without waiting for them. She assumed David would catch Rose if she fainted, so she walked into the warm office and spoke to the secretary, speaking slightly louder than usual over the soft hum of the heating as she explained the situation again.

Rose almost ran to her locker, she quicklty fumbled with the combination and jerked her bag out. She frantically searched for something and pulled it out letting let slip a victorious "Ha!" It began to vibrate and she quickly flipped it open and pressed the small square to her ear. "Hola, c-comosta?" Her voice was softer than normal and full of panic. "The voice on the other end was deep and spoke with a drawl. When she got off the phone she hugged herself tightly then shoved the small black square into the side pocket of her currently soaked jeans. She quickly made her way towards the other end of the school, she needed to get away from them. She looked at her phone "5:46" She whispered softly to herself as she continued to slip farther away from the others.

He watched Rose from afar as he let her slowly slip away and got far enough to where she figured she couldn't see him following before walking after her. He ran a hand through his hair as he had listened in on her conversation in the phone, only able to pick up a few words here and there. His gaze kept fixed upon her as he stayed towards the walls of the hallway. He figured Valena could protect herself seeing as the way she had talked the first night he had ran into her; even if she did trip with almost every step she took.

She slipped out of the office with a slip of paper and a few plastic shopping bags. It took her a moment to notice Rose and David had disappeared. Maybe they went back to the car. A soft sigh escaped her lips and she studied the piece of paper for a moment, then headed to get their homework.

Rose continued on moving faster. She made it to the end of the hallway and slipped out the emergency door. She had to get out and away from them. Everything was spinning and coming at her so fast. She made for the woods, now running as fast as she could. She didn't stop untill she knew she couldn't see the school and no one as the school would be able to see her, she slowed down to a slow walk. She could feel her phone vibrating but she didn't dare answer it again. She pulled on her hair and whispered "I need to change soon.." She sat down on a log the rain coming down faster.

He let out a low growl as he kept after Rose, keeping a safe distance from her and yet ready to pounce on anything that came towards her. His ears picked up the vibrating noise that was coming from her phone as his eyes began to pierce through the woods, just remembering why he was following her. The other vampire.. What was her name again? Screw it.. He could just ask again once he saw her.

Camille watched the human girl from high up in the trees. The vampire isn't with her this time.. She dropped soundlessly from the branches and started to creep silently toward her.

Rose pulled her jacket off and threw it to the ground, exposing the pale white skin of her sholders and chest. She looked back towards the school and began to whisper softly to herself "To the waters and the wild with a fairy hand in hand, for the world's more full of weeping than you can understand" She rubbed the back of her neck, her brilliant red hair begining to spill out of her bun.

He stopped a few feet away, noticing Camille in the distance. He let out a short laugh and turned his gaze back towards Rose, getting ready to attack. His right hand clenched and unclenched as he began to get impatient. Come on... Just hurry up and make your move if your going too..

Rose sat there and leaned backwards into a tree. She could feel her behind getting wedged in between the log and tree. "well crap" she whispered. She rubbed her neck again and whipped out her phone only to pull the battery out. She pulled her knee up to her chest and heaved a sigh.

The small vampire crept silently toward the human. She froze as she heard David's laugh and flitted behind a fern, rustling leaves on the ground. She held her breath and turned her gaze to the girl, frightened that she might notice. Why won't he leave her alone?

He kept his distance as he turned his eyes to watch Rose again, however when he turned his eyes back towards Camille's location she had disappeared again. Damn.. Lost her.. Oh, well.. As long as I stick close towards Rose she should be safe.. he thought to himself as he leaned against a tree and kept listening to the nearby sounds, trying to pinpoint the vampires location once more. He winced as each thick drop of rain hit the nearby trees and forest floor.

Rose herd a rustle of leaves and looked around. She shook her head "probably was a deer.." She tugged on her hair once more and looked around and softly sang to herself "Have you ever been so lost? Know the way and still so lost.
Another night waiting for someone to take me home" She looked up at the dark rain filled sky as once again the scent of the rain filled her.

Her red eyes focused on David and her hands shook. She was so hungry and the girl was sitting so close.. Her mouth watered and she leaned closer to the human. Could I outrun him if I took her? Camille tried to tell herself it wasn't worth the risk, but she hadn't fed in days. Her throat ached and her nerves were frayed. She wasn't sure how much longer she could take this silent stand off.
